This be the latter version matchlock (1500-1680). This design removed the need to lower by hand a lit match into the weapon's flash pan and made it possible to have both hands free to keep a firm grip on the weapon at the moment of firing, and, more importantly, to keep both eyes on the target. Smaller than a heavy Muskets that needed a rest fork to shoot.
More advanced stock design, with 30 inch barrel, 50 cal., metal tipped wood ramrod, lever trigger pull, thumb screw to hold slow match, covered flash pan. Wood ramrod includes threaded holes to use bore bruches. Leather But Pad features asymmetry pattern to prevent stock from cracking. Includes 3 feet of slow match. Good for Drake's Raid n' English Civil War era time period.
