French Sea Service Pistol (Black Powder)

This pistol was issued by the French navy in 1763 and later, but was very popular with British, and Americans too, and frequently wound up in private hands. This be the shorter barreled version produced after 1766.

• .62 caliber smoothbore
• 9 inch barrel 

• Brass trigger guard, side plate, butt cap, and barrel band
• Beautiful hard wood stock
• Metal ramrod
• Flint size 3/4 inch
• 65 grains for blank loads n' 35 grains for ball
