This be the leather version of an Elizabethan Sea Dog Jerkin. After much request, we finally have a leather version. A jerkin is a man's short, close-fitting jacket, without sleeves, worn over the doublet in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Perfect to wear at Renaissance Faires or early pirate era events.
•This Jerkin be made of lamb skin leather
• The lining be made of a linen/cotton combination.
• Has 6 brass metal claps: silver on black and antique bronze on all the other colors
• Sides are chain laced to allow expansion of size and allow air to ventilate
• Available in the following colors: pirate black, rogue brown, royal purple and jolly red.
