Drafted after 18th century petticoats, this sports a full skirt pleated into a waistband that has front and back ties, leaving the sides of the skirt open fer easy access to pockets. These be designed to be worn with structural undergarments like Panniers n' Bumpads, but can be worn by themselves or even layered with other skirts!
