We ship most items by USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2 to 3 days in the USA or 10 to 14 days internationally. Shipping costs are based on location away from Tampa, FL and the weight. If you put items in the shopping card and input yar address, it will give you the shipping cost. If we charge ye more than the actual cost of arrrr shipping, we will refund the difference.
