An ultrafine, loose powder used for cosmetic dirt or ash effects. Great fer making yar face, garb or props look dirty. This dust will wash out, so ye can change yer look from scruffy to clean with a washing. Lightly dust on with a large brush for dry application. The powder may be mixed with Mixing Liquid to form a muddy or oily consistency.
